ok i am trying to reconfigure my dash on my 59 i know what all the switches and knobs do save one what does the knob directly over the raido cutout do the one thats dead center i have vacume wipers so not thinking its for those since its some kind of electrical switch its a pullout one kinda like the headlights but i know where the headlight switch is "i am so confused lol"

thanks it was the wiper afterall i moved my deluxe heater controls beside the ashtray and from your pic the only thing it could be is the wiper smile thanks for the photo just didn't think there were any wires on the wiper thought it was only vacume lines
