My 54 1 ton has split rims. Is there a later rim that will just bolt on my truck that is not a split rim? I want to be able to put on radial tires so it is more useable. thanks.

If you have singles, yes. I still have a set of non split factory wheels on a parts truck. Duals probably but might get expensive.

I'm running 19.5" tubeless radials on my one ton.

Wheels are off of an old bread truck and accept the original hubcaps. Tire size is
8r-19.5 and are about 33" or so tall. Pretty close to 7.50-17's.

Ghostrider, did you have to put the clips on the bread truck wheels to get the hub cap to fit? looks just like the origanals! good job and love the truck!

The wheels already had the clips on them, worked out pretty well. I love the truck too...thanks.

There have been quite a few posts on this subject but there is a new option. I have 16" rims on mine with tubless radials and they have worked out really well. The hard part was finding the 16x6 rims with the proper backset. According to their advertisements, Wheel Vintiques now makes these new and offers a variety of widths and offsets. They also have baby moons that will fit the non clip rims.
