Have a '59 burb with seat upholstery issues..... a fella can hope, can't he?.....

Jim Carter has kits for 47-55 but not 59. You may want to do some searching here to see if the seats are similar, however, some people have said that the kits aren't a 'perfect' fit, so you may want to get a shop to help with your "upholestery issues"
