The fenders, hood and grill are different on the larger trucks than what your Suburban came with. Can you do this? Yes. I can't imagine why you would want to. What are you trying to accomplish by making this swap?

You could graft the frame onto the sub frame and the front clip will but up to the cab. But it will look way out of proportion. I would rethink the whole idea before you build something that looks like its been in a demolition derby.

I think the front fenders & hood are about 5" longer. And the wheel arches are larger, made for 7.50/8.25 x 20" rubber.

But hey...did you ever see one of the COE 'burbs...you could be ahead of your time.

I am wanting to make a 4wd dually with 35" tires and want to keep it as low as possible to pull my boat. I have two 52 subs and a 52 1.5 ton the rear fenders are what is scaring me.

I have seen pickup rear fenders trimmed to bolt to a panel or Suburban the way the stock fenders do, but making the fender much wider. I have also see big truck fenders that appeared to have small truck wheel openings grafted into place.

I haven't seen, but can imagine someone taking pickup fenders and replacing the wheel opening with that of a big truck. Take that same pickup fender and trim the lip that bolts to the bed off and then trim and drill so it fits over the dual wheels and your huge tires.

I would not go so far as to call that a recommendation, but its the idea that occurred to me as I thought about what you';re trying to do. What you do with it is up to you.
