Dan,
Sorry to set a trap like this...
Can you give me some measurements. I am trying to put the frame mount setup on my 1940, and need to know where to drill the holes for the lever bracket. As I understand it, the brake pedal pulls a rod that attaches to a lever, and another rod attached to this lever pushes the Master Cylinder.

A measurement from the center of the top rivot on the back of the bellhousing crossmember to the front rivot on the lever bracket would be very useful to me. I am working on a disc brake conversion, and these pedals will easily allow me to run a frame mounted dual chamber MC.

Thanks
John

I still need some measurements so I can figure out where to drill on my frame.

Thanks

John,
Sorry it took so long. Didn't totally understand what you wanted. From the center of the pedal mount on the bellhousing to the center of the frame mount at 90 degree angle is 23". I took a few pictures starting here. Hopes this helps if not give me another shout. Have fun and good luck

Dan,
Those pics are great.

I am looking for the measurement from the back of the bellhousing xmember to the center of the front hole of that lever bracket. It looks like it is right behind the cab mount hole from your picture. I could also use the measurement from the back of that same bellhousing crossmember to the center of the Master cylinder filling cap. By back of the crossmember I am taliking about the vertical edge.

As an alternate measurement... the center of the top rear rivot of that bellhousing crossmember to the center of the front rivot or bolt of that reversing lever will also work. Where ever you can get a measurement along the frame would be good, just let me know where you are going from. The bellhousing crossmember is a good reference point.

Thanks again
John
