Can anyone tell me where to buy a repro windshield frame for my 1946 Chevy 1/2 ton pickup? I've tried the normal places (Jim Carters and Bowtie Bits) but noone has them and can't tell me when they'll be in. I would even take a decent used one. Thanks for any help, Al.

Try American Classic Truck Parts...they list the windshield frame as a part they supply

Thanks, I saw the one on Ebay. It has some rust issues. I'm going to try American Classic Truck today as soon as they open. Al.

I have a used very good condition frame that I would sell. It does have a few broken screws that need to be drilled out. I want to either repair and use or sell it and buy a new one. Does anyone have step by step pics on how to repair an old frame and fix the broken bits?

Thanks 46trucker, I found one at American Classic Truck Parts. It came today and looks nice. I'll try it in the cab tonight. Thanks again for the tip. Al.
