I have a 1950 Chevy 3100 with a 1955-1957 235 in it. I am in the process of going through the engine and cant seem to find a water pump that matches up with the one that I removed from it. The engine was swapped before I purchased the truck. Any hints on what might have been installed to make the engine swap work?

Get a 55-57 pump, press the pulley collar down to match the pump that's on it, cut the excess off with a cut-off wheel.
