Hy Mr. Giant, I have installed several of these, and no problems so far, hope that helps.

Currently have one in use on my '52 216 6V with no problems. Been in use for over 5 years. Easy install. Would recommend.

I'm using one in my 64 with the 230/12 volt and it's the best thing I've done for my truck. Cleaner burning plugs, easier starts, and better mileage. Still carry points in the road box just in case, but so far it's been an install and forget it kinda thing.
