Hi. I just rebuilt mine, a 62 K-20. I got worm bearings and sector bushings from the truckandcarshop.com. They have everything. You can also get parts from Jim Carter. And Rockauto.com. In my case, I replaced the long sector bushing, which tightened things up significantly. I left the short one in the cover alone. Also replaced the worm bearings, but not the races. My sector shaft was somewhat pitted, I cleaned it up with emery cloth. New seal there too. I adjusted on the bench so there was no play over the center. Filled with 85-140 oil. Overall, a tremendous improvement and no leaks. Fairly easy to do as well.
I also had to do the (closed) knuckle bearings, which are avaialable at Rockauto. I didn't get them there, but got the part numbers there and bought them at a local store. Much more expensive, but I needed them last minute. I got the wheel bearing seals at Rock auto, and the Knuckle seals and wipers at Quad4x4.com, but I beleive they are also available at JC Whitney. The tie rod ends were fairly new when I bought the truck. Now, I have a very tight steering system. Just went through NJ state inspection on Saturday.
