Looks to be a 1956 324 ci. oldsmobile, it has a gmc bell housing and a double disc clutch. I did not get the transmission with it. Must have had a H.D. four speed or five speed. Any way I need to find a transmission. I plan on putting this engine in a vintage dragster.I don't have room for a long transmission. A short three speed like a 56 ford looks like it might be adapted to work. TCI (Torque Converters Incorporated) just south of Memphis down in northern Mississippi has a buttload of specialty parts for the PG, and it would fit the time frame for an Olds-engine dragster from the late 60's or 70's.
