Here is me new (to me...) 1952 Chevy (GMC Powertrain 1700 (3 ton Canadian) Firebolt...270 inline 6.

She started life on Vancouver Island as a Butler Bros. Gravel truck, Was converted to a front pumper by the Central Sannich Fire Dept, was sold to a fledgling Willis Point VFD in 1977, was retired in 1992-93 due to a leaking tank, and was partially restored over the last 5 years...

Nice truck Dave, congrats!
I guess your ride to Winchester with John wasn't bad enough to kill your desire for an old firetruck. Maybe the opposite?
Have fun with it and maybe we will see it at the Tri-State show one year?

She's gonna be a rolling resto....
touch her up and polish to look a little better, and then start repainting a panel at a time....
I wanna drive her, would like to have her looking like Virginiafiretruck's one, but on a budget.....
