I can see in the maintenance schedule that it is supposed to be lubed every 1,000 miles along with about 30 other items, but I don't know how it is done. I also realize that it is not a zirc type fitting, but I don't know what you use to supply the lube.

The fitting will be located between the ears of the yokes at an angle, usually toward the center of the driveshaft.

I just thought that there was some special way of lubricating the joint that the repair manual didn't state because everyone knew it back then. I'll take another look in the morning before work just to be sure. Thanks.
