I have a 40 1/2 ton short bed . I want to replace the bed wood with cedar.. I had found a web site that offered it a few days ago..Thought I saved it,but somehow i did not.. Now I can not find it..plenty of oak and pine.Does anyone know of a place to get what I want?

Guess it all depends on how you plan on using your truck.I have Cherry in both my 55 and 65 trucks, finished off with many coats of spar ureathane finish.Course I dont haul anything either, they are just for show.If you want something for show, pick a wood with nice grain that will really look nice, oak, cherry, etc. If your gonna use it as a work truck some southern yellow pine would be a good choice.
