Ive got a 65 cab and 62 Frame and was wondering if the the cab mounts where the same on both or if they where in different locations for the two years.

The 62 frame is wider than the 65. You can mount the 65 cab on the 62 frame but you have to drill new holes for the cab mount bolts.

Thanks. my truck was givin to me by my cousin. I noticed there was a extra hole in the front mount. Do I need to re drill the rear mount also.

As mentioned above, the '60-'62 frames are wider, than the '63-'66 frames, so it is not a direct swap, but it can be done. Before doing any cutting or drilling, set the '65 cab on the '62 frame to determine alignment, geometry and level. If you like the specifics, assess the cab mount frame perches, to determine if and what needs to be modified.
