This chart may help, unfortunately it omits a 700/15

3/4 ton kind of limits things, especially if you have the split rims. Not much available in a radial that's properly compatible with splits.

Yes i have the split rims , i fitted a 235/70/15 radial to one to see how it would look , its Ok but not happy, looks a bit to fat /wide !!, Im running Ford 16 inch at the moment ,and it looks wierd , cant fit the caps and just not right ,i really want to put it back on the 15 inch rims wave

You might check with Coker Tire or Denman. They would be the best bet to get a tire with the proper appearance and that will work right with your wheels. Don't forget to get new tubes for them.

I just remembered another source for old style bias plys, Yokohama also has one in a 10 ply. Might be worth checking out.

Thsi is what he's running http://www.yokohamatire.com/tires_commercial/ry215.aspx
Seems they are tubeless radiasl, though. Those are not really usable on splits due to the tube requirement.

The friction between the tube and the tire causes premature sidewall failure, especially if the tire is run at highway speeds. Tubeless tires have an extra layer of rubber inside that is essentially the same material as a tube, which is what causes the friction issue. I know that there are the so-called "radial tubes", but those are intended for tube type radial tires, which are not very common these days.
I've been in the tire industry for almost 20 years, and have seen enough tire failures from tubes in tubeless tires to warn against it at least on highway use tires.
