Found on RockAuto.com: Rhinopac makes a conversion clutch kit for the S-10 pickup and Camaros with the 2.8L V6 that could be used on an Advance Design truck. The AD has a car-sized bellhousing hole that fits the T-5 front bearing retainer perfectly.

RHINOPAC Part # 04054
Base; Disc Spec: 10-3/8" OD X 1" ID X 14T, Flywheel Spec: FLAT; Use when converting to a small block V8 and using the OE 1” x 14T spline transmission. Must use with a V8 bell housing and flywheel. It may be necessary to alter the disc hub spline length.

Has anyone tried this part?

I tried one. I used the disc but the pressure plate does not fit the truck flywheel. It must be for the small flywheel.

They say money can't buy happiness. It can buy old Chevy trucks though. Same thing.
