Torque rules!

The smaller runners provide better low end, and mid range torque. Recent dyno tests on a 292 indicate that this may not be the case, for the 292. There are dyno tests in the planning stages for the 250, but it will be a few months before the data will be available. IMO the Offy would still be a safe bet for the 250 if your not looking at high RPM.
