Truck has pump on it and gear. The hoses were just taped up out of the way still connected to pump. Unlike the gears I've seen in the shop manual and for sale, my gear has no fittings for the hoses to hook to. Instead there is a fitting that is attached to the end of what looks like a tie-rod! The PO had this all covered up with tape and undercoating.I can't find this part at all in the shop manual. Eveything I've seen in the shop manual shows the 2 hoses running from pump direct to the gear unit. Any ideas?????

I just checked my factory manual for 64 and the power cylinder was an add on. My 65 C10 has a mount on the the tie rod for the power cylinder and and a bracket on the frame for the other end. The setup on the 65 looks very similar to the setup on a 77 Vette. I'm missing the power cylinder and control valve. The control valve is on the end of the power cylinder and is where the hoses go. The hoses are specific to where they hook up as one is end and the other out. I'd really like to find the parts for my 65. If some one has an Hollanders and could tell me might iterchange I sure appreciate it.
