The big obstacle is fabricating a metal flat bed frame and making it's chassis mounts so that the frame clears the rear tire height enough for axle travel. Then you add to the frame the odd bits you'll need or want,ie;stake pockets,proper lighting,rear bumper or tow support,even mud flaps if required in your state.
