I don't have any personal experience with the parts/job, but if I were going to do it, hands-down, I'd go with Mar-K's parts. Other parts of theirs that I've bought have been excellent quality and fairly priced. Made in Oklahoma USA.

Welded post part into tailgate roll, and screwed latch part into stake pocket area. Has a spring pin you just pull out to open. | | |
