Maybe JC's accelerator swing-bracket bolt will take care of the bolt? You might want to contact a fellow in AZ. Make sure you tell him the year of your truck (there were a few different styles of throttle bell-cranks over the years) - or, take a picture of yours and send it. Maybe you could drill out the bell-crank and put in a bushing (from a hardware store)? Let us know what you end up doing. | | | | | Joined: Jun 2004 Posts: 8,597 Riding in the Passing Lane | | Riding in the Passing Lane Joined: Jun 2004 Posts: 8,597 | You can weld some flat washers on the inside of the bellcrank. They will ride on an unworn part of the pin. They say money can't buy happiness. It can buy old Chevy trucks though. Same thing. 1972 Chevy c10 Cheyenne SuperIn the Gallery Forum | | | | | Joined: Apr 2005 Posts: 1,107 'Bolter | | 'Bolter Joined: Apr 2005 Posts: 1,107 | thanks guys, i'll have to try both options. | | | | | Joined: Feb 2007 Posts: 53 Wrench Fetcher | | Wrench Fetcher Joined: Feb 2007 Posts: 53 | Ashton, Patrick's lists a stainless steel bellcrank in their catalog with the fenton intake.

There are several kinds. I'm sure someone has what you need. Heck I may have the stud you are looking for. Shoot me a pic. George | | |
