1965 Chevrolet C20

Are the ball joints, tie rods, idler arms
all the same from the 2 versions? The
LMC site only shows 1/2 ton. Also looking
for a parts distributor in Canada

You might want to add your make/mode/year of truck to your profile and also post it here.

Pick your catalog here and then check the parts.

Just sent you a PM, the guy that I use is Bill, here is the link to his web page: http://www.billstruckshop.com/
He is in Southern Ontario and his prices are actually quite good. He deals in reproduction parts and also used Southern US parts. Hope this helps.

You'll find parts like the ones you are looking for are often available from a general parts house and you don't need to pay the higher prices of a specialty company. Check www.RockAuto.com for the parts, I often determine interchangeability by checking part numbers there.

It's true. I really don't do anything but browse the Internet looking for trouble...

got wheel cylinder rebuild kits for 5.95 each and a
MC kit for 24.95 from NAPA. Went to Bills site here
in Ontario, he's got lot's-o-parts like the rear bumper
I am missing and a rear view mirror. Now that I see
how much he is selling engineless shells for I feel
real good about the "outrageous" price I paid for
my truck. They seem to fetch 6 K without a motor
and tranny. I got a motor, tranny, mint interior etc...
My buddy Ted dropped down to have me decal a
bike tank he painted at his body shop. HIs eyes were
as wide as saucers when he seen my truck, they got
even bigger after he crawled around underneath.
Told me I got a good deal on a good solid/near
perfect original truck. I guess this is the start of
a long love affair, eh!! See you round, going home
to check on my truck, then feed the kids supper

The suspension parts are redily available, some of them were even used up into the '80s. 1/2 ton and 3/4 share some parts, but there are plenty of series specific parts, too.
For a '65 C20, here's the Moog numbers
Upper Balljoints K680
Lower Balljoints K6025
Upper Control Arm Shaft Kit K6135 or K6256 (offset shaft for additional camber adjustment)
Tie Rod Ends Right Side ES358L (outer) ES358R (inner)
Tie Rod Ends Left Side ES358R (outer) ES358L (inner)
Tie Rod Sleeve ES350S
