Ive spent some time looking at all the different paint colors and codes for the suburbans.
Looking at the wicker brown color description.

"Wicker Brown
(Suburban & GMC) garnish and panel moldings, seat frames, and caps"

What is caps ?

It refers to the cab interior surfaces, except for the instrument panel, trim panels, and end gate (which were Pecan Brown).

Do you have rear doors or end-gate?

Do you know Sean Illig in MA? He has an unmolested 1950 GMC Suburban which, I think, has that color scheme.

I do not know why Chevrolet referred to the inside of the cab as "cap". The terms and desriptions in my 47-55 Tech Tip came from GM, DUPONT, and Ditzler/PPG documents and the word "cap" was used in several places.

The Suburban on eBay looks like it has tried to match the Wicker Brown and the Pecan Brown.

So the two colors are close but wrong ? I assume this because you said"tried".

The only reason I used the term "tried" is because it is a repaint and it appears to be shades of brown that look like shades of brown I have seen in other pre-54 Suburbans. Those colors might be a good match - it looks like the restorer tried to stay with original colors. I wonder if the colors were computer matches (a la PPG Prophet) or based on original codes (or matching modern off-sets).

I'd also like to know the name of the original exterior color (Seacrest Green?) and how the modern formula for it was found.

It looks like "Seacrest Green" to me. I just painted my 1950 Suburban "Seacrest Green" last month using PPGs' computer generated codes for Omni base coat/clear coat. It looks great! I don't know how close to the original "Seacrest" color it really is though because I have never seen an original "Seacrest".

I also got my 54 Mariner Blue color code from PPG. And, I have no idea if it looks like the original 53-55 color - but, I like it.

Is your truck in the Gallery? I've always liked the paint chips I have seen of Seacrest Green (and also the later/different Ocean Green).

I chose Seacrest because I really liked the way it looked on a 1954 panel truck in "Collectible Automobile" magazine. My Sub was originally Forester or Juniper green. Those are nice colors but after 20 years, I got tired of it. The lighter green really changes the look/feel of the truck. I think that Ocean Green has a lot more blue in it than Seacrest. Hopefully I will get my photos in the gallery soon.
