Measured the bed by the tail gate and noticed that the measurement was 48 3/4 inches...expected to see 48 inches. It appears that the rear end of the bed is starting to flex out at top.
Any ideas on what to do to make sure it does not go any further would be appreciated Craig

It will put the top back into alignment. There are some bolts at the bottom of the side rail. Loosen them and replace them when you get the top back into shape.
