I think the bolt pattern for the transmission is the same as the truck 4 speeds were the same from 1930 to 1947.
34 & 35 trucks are the greatest

The engine block length is different between the 207 and the 216 blocks. They use the same front mount on all trucks on both engines and the 36 uses the same two bell housing side mounts that the 32 car and the 34& 35 1/2 ton trucks do. They our basicly 90 degrees to the crossmember. The 216 mounts are different as they mount parallel to the crossmember.
