For helping keep this great
old truck web site
on the Internet for over 30 years! and not clogged down with Ads! Again, thanks! | | | | Joined: Apr 2008 Posts: 502 Shop Shark | | Shop Shark Joined: Apr 2008 Posts: 502 | So I am working on the one ton. Makes it easy to stay off the road when there is 1 ft of snow on the ground.
So My wheel cylinders are in good shape- But, they have the plugs. I was stupid and did not take one with me(plus did not want to leak fluid) but I know it has a 3/8" hex on the outside. does anyone know which size length the wheel cylinders take. I plan on stopping at napa tomorrow morning. My one ton is the heavy model 3800. It has the dual rear end and the hand actuated cable e brake.
Thanks for the help- I am thinking they are the short bleeders. | | | | | Joined: Aug 2005 Posts: 1,186 Shop Shark | | Shop Shark Joined: Aug 2005 Posts: 1,186 | If I recall they should have a 1 3/8 bore. NAPA should have them in stock.
