| | | | Joined: Mar 2003 Posts: 16 Apprentice | | Apprentice Joined: Mar 2003 Posts: 16 | ok guys i am getting back on a old project. i can't find any timing marks on the cam gear. i found the "0" on the crank gear but nuthin on the cam. it is a fiber cam gear which from what i understand was only used in cars. should i get a new gear? metal? hopefully it will have a timing mark on it
also do you guys degree your cams? i have done it on mercedes V8's and find it worth it but is it on a old bolter.
