I have a radio that supposedly came from a 1960 or 1961 truck. I purchased it from a fellow bolter. The radio worked but the dial string succumbed to old age. I decided to restring it with some heavy thread I found at a shoe repair shop. I was successful at getting it restrung(no small task), but in the process the blue single strand wire feeding the output transformer became dislocated from wherever it was attached. Would anybody out there have a schematic for this radio so I could locate where the wire should be reattached?
I do not have a model no for the radio. I found a schematic for a 1959 but it is not a match. My radio is a hybrid with a single large transistor mounted on a heat sink..left side. The output transformer is external to the can, mounted on the left front bracket holding the dial cord section.

Ok, so one side of the output transformer is connected to the speaker. I assume that the wire in question is from the other side of the transformer? I am going to look at my collection to see if I have a similar radio.
