It didn't go for much, did someone here get it?
I'd be most interested in exchanging comments on adding downdraft ports by insertion with the buyer.

BTW: the new irritating method that eBay uses to prevent downloading pictures can be bypassed with some work.
1. click to select which view, then "enlarge"
2. press both CTRL and + several times to fill the visible screen
3. press both CTRL and PRTSCR (print screen) to copy the image to your clipboard
4. now open Photoshop, Imager, Paint, etc. and paste the image in a new field
5. crop to remove browser details, and save as .jpg

Interesting I'd also be interested in seeing how this was done. Would love to get some High Res pics of the head without the carbs attached. I've got a couple stripped heads stored away with a similar modification in mind.

I'm a bit surprised at the entry angle and location, since it looks like it goes very close to the guide boss.
I wonder if he did this simply to avoid making a curve to accommodate the down-draft Rochesters, or was this because of some structure inside the casting (water, support boss, ?) that we can't see?
The original Rajo conversion had a much less severe angle, and entered above the original ports, but left the valve cover sealing surface untouched.
