I think that his stainless steel setup is about the same price. I got the Fentons from him, and his S/S exhaust for my 235 (55-1st Series), and it is terrific! Forget the rust and corrosion issues. My Son in law owns His own repair shop and has it on his computer disc so they can build factory sys. You would save on shipping and they could still build it out of stainless if You wanted .

If you buy Stainless pipe I believe you would get a full pipe bend turns vs mandrel bend which caves in or flatens the inside of the pipe. Most muffler shops have the mandrel style machine to make their bends.
Looking at there picture they are using a standrad manderl bender.
The price sounds a little high to me for Aluminized pipe. I just priced out a 350cu chevy with Magna Flows for $375.00. You use Glass Packs they should be cheaper.

Patrick's setup is priced without headers but is stainless steel and I believe is mandrel bent. I haven't heard one but all the reports are positive.
Also, Don, I not had the same experience as you with muffler shops.
Here in the Dallas/Fort Worth area, I've never found any muffler shop that has a mandrel bender. Most don't know what I'm talking about, and those that do wish they could afford one.
