OK all you stovebolters out there - I have a problem and I think you can help.

I currently have a 1960 Chevy Apache with a hydraulic clutch. I think these clutches were used on the three speed tranny. I want to install a 4 speed tranny but don't know how to switch from a hydraulic clutch to a manual clutch. Or - do I have to switch at all - will the hydraulic clutch work on my 4 speed tranny???

Confused in Illinois.

You can switch trans. & keep the same clutch-bell houseing.

They say money can't buy happiness. It can buy old Chevy trucks though. Same thing.
