Someone asserted (elsewhere) that the same "freeze" plug is used on all stovebolt (216, 235, 261) and GMC (248, 270, 302) engines.
I don't have access to GMC, but based on the photos the GMC are smaller.

I suspect both are something common, like other GM of the same age, but...?

Does anyone have the modern part numbers, source, or actual size for either one?

expansion plug sizes will be listed here for each engine ... they'll be 'common' to the range of sizes available at any parts store, not identical for every GM engine
