Hi I have what I beleve to be a 1933 Chevy 1/2 ton truck frame. On the front and rear springs have pins that look like 5/8 threds on the pin with tappers on both sides with a grease fitting. Most shackle pins I have sean are smoth and press in theas screw in to the spring hanger from the frame. Does anyone reproduce the pin? All of them apear to be about half worn out.Any help will be welcome THANKS

They are available but I have had difficulty with the replacements. They lack the proper taper were the pin fits in the shackle.

Shackles that are avalable from most of the classic truck vendors are offshore junk. Flagg suspension parts has quality shackles

Flagg has discontinued many of the older part numbers (that we use) these last couple of years. So when ordering from your vendor ask where they are made (might be the answer to that low price)

I just bought a pair of shackles for my 54, they at least have those.

Those are the threaded pins and they used them for many years. I think I got mine from JC and the shackles fit the pins just fine. One of the suppliers that I also used is Espoe, I think they are called. They have some of the odd suspension parts too.
