There is money out there even in this recession. This also shows there are some uncommon items for the AD trucks. What other items not normally seen does everybody else have?

Mine were scrap quality, not NOS. As for GM accessories I have a Hydra-Matic 1-ton truck but otherwise the accessories on mine are common aftermarket stuff (and be worth removing) that might be found on any truck.
I have a factory GMC radio that came with one of my 1-ton trucks. I'm sure the radio doesn't work, and it was not claimed to be original with the truck or even installed in it when I got it.
Except for the panel, my 1-tons are all 5-window trucks and one of my trucks even has a sun roof!

Here is a picture from the accessory booklet off Tim's web site. I have a couple sets of mirrors similar to the ones on ebay but they are for 55-59. They are identical except for the mounting flange which only needs to be bent to the profile of the AD trucks.

I like the looks of that fold down step but then realized I have a powered step from a a motor home that provides similar function automatically if wired to the right trigger, or by a switch if that works better. (Hidden switch close to step, indicator light and remote swith on dash or automatic fold-up if not in park.)
I'm not sure if there were any accesories aside from the dually option that are specific to 1-tons.
Do you know?

And then there's the TOW CHAMP wrecker bed. I have looked at the tripod mounts (California mirrors?). I just remember not being able to see anything out of my 51's side mirrors because they shook so bad. And I'd say they are pricey.

None of which are OEM, but you did ask about cool accessories for a one ton didn't you?
