Does anyone make an alternator bracket for the 261? The one that is made for the 216 and 235 will not work on my 261.

What year is your 261? I was able to use the 235 alternator bracket (from Classic Parts, I think) on my 1960 261. I attached it to the block at a water-pump bolt, I think.
