Which type of spot weld cutters do you like? Self pointed or the drill bit type?
Is Blair still really a good one?
Which brand do you like?
Broke my old one today so need a couple new ones.

I prefer the Hougen "RotaCut" cutters kit number 11075C and order an extra couple of the smallest two cutters.
I've cut hundreds and hundreds if not thousands of spotwelds with them. I would resharpen them on the belt sander occasionally. They only die when you catch one tooth to many times and break it off, but can still last a while longer missing one.
Looks like they have a size or two even smaller than the kit comes with, I may order a couple of those for the little bitty spot welds.

I've used the Blair ones, but they don't seem to last as long.

We've been using Wivco Spot-Eze spot weld cutter for about three years (100+ cuts). The bits have had to be replaced a few times but the cutter is still sharp.

i use the NAPA Brand #770-3841 it had the double sided blades when you wear out one side you just flip it over, and you can get the replacement blades there too.

I first saw them used in Germany and brought some along, but they are available in the US. After using them, I don't want to use anything else.
