I have already found the owners manual. This manual says it is a supplement to the 1955 edition, so do I need both the 1955 and 1956? The same catalog is often available, used, on eBay.
Once you get used it, the on-line catalog is far superior to thumbing through the hardcopy catalog. I have both (and I have a copy on CD-ROM) - my preference is still the on-line catalog.
