Do you want to try to match the original color?
1912-1966 Chevrolet engine colors engine color: bock, head, oil pan, side cover, valve cover, water pump, timing gear cover. Same people include the clutch housing. Intake and exhaust manifolds (?? it will probably burn off).
black: fan blade and pump pulley, harmonic balancer (I think), generator, starter, coil, distributor, and road draft tube.
