Most vendors sell at least one style of bumper bolt. Have you checked American Classic Truck Pars (their link is on the left of your post).
One style is chromed and another style has a stainless steel cover. I do not know which style was used originally.

I had the original bumpers and bolts on my 1950 but replaced them because they were dinged, bent, scratched and rusted. The only difference is that then new bolts were a little longer than the originals.
