I have rear cab mounts that are not the round hockey puck style, has anyone ever seen this type?

those are the standard 3/4t or 20 series rear cab mounts, obsolete. one can install the 10 series rear cab mounts but you have to install the c10 series frame brkts for that application

If you need the original style re-worked, then Steele Rubber does it for about $118/pair using original cores.
