A puller to remove that bushing, as well as the bushings in the springs, too, can be easily made using a few parts fro the local hardware store. You'll need a 1/2" carriage bolt that's at least 6' in legth, a handfull of 1/2" washers (thicker is better) a 1/2" nut, and a large deepwell socket. Put the carriage bolt in the bushing, then the socket on the other side with the bolt going through the end of it. Then put a washer on to act a thrust surface, then the nut. As you turn the nut, it'll draw the bolt into the bushing, eventuually pulling it out. By rearranging the setup, the same parts will install the new one as well. To install, put a couple of washers on the bolt, put the bolt throuhg the frame/spring hole the bushing is to be installed in. Then the bushing, followed by another couple of washers and the nut. Hold the square under the head of the bolt with an open end wrench and turn the nut. The nut will force the bushing into its new home. Make sure to put some sort of lube on the threads of the bolt to prevent galling. I did a whole set of spring shackles and frame bushings in mine with this setup.
