Your '68 shop manual is for the later gen. inlines (194, 230, 250, 292) | | | | | Joined: Sep 2001 Posts: 29,270 Bubba - Curmudgeon | | Bubba - Curmudgeon Joined: Sep 2001 Posts: 29,270 | I think you will find that the 1960 manual is the last full year-manual with 235/261 information(available often on eBay and from many of the reproduction-parts vendors). There is a 61/62 supplement (for COE (LCF?), Powermatic transmission, and 4X4) and a 1961 supplement and a 1962 supplement. I doubt if there is anything useful in the 1963 manual (the 235 was not continued that year and the 261 was only used in 4x4s, I think). Classic Parts sells a CD with all the 1960-1962 Shop Manuals.
