I'm thinking that i'll have to get a different bellhousing, but i'm not sure which one i need. I have a rebuilt 216 and i've searched the forums but it seems like most people were asking about putting a V8 into their trucks. My truck is a '40 chevy. You will need to turn down the the SM465 bearing retainer and/or bore your pilot hole bigger.
