Anybody got a cross-reference for forging number 471388 followed by a Chevy bowtie symbol? The wrist pin diameter is just under one inch, and the big-end babbit measures a few thousandths under 2 1/8". Center-to-center measurement on these is approximately 6 1/2".

It looks like I've managed to corner the market on some pretty oddball parts- - - - -now I just need to find somebody who needs them! With a little simple machine work, these rods could be used to make a stroker engine out of a splash-oil 235 or 216. By offset-grinding the crankshaft and doing a little adapting at the wrist pin end with a split bushing, I could make a "retro" hot rod!
