I have seen some power brake drum to drum units on the market for my 3100 53 truck. My question, is there a unit that's a bolt on unit. no cutting or welding. I have a 4 speed in the floor and would like to get the unit that bolts in place. Has anyone done this swap?

Hi lock....There's units available but as far as clearance for the four speed I'm not sure.
I'm using a TH350C and have loads of room, relatively speaking.
Here's one from Pirate Jacks
It uses the smaller 7" booster for maximum clearance.
Not sure if this helps you,but maybe someone else who's done the conversion with a manual trans will chime in....

I have a 327 & m21 4spd with the power brake conversion using drim brakes.
I used a mount bracket that bolts on where the original master cylinder fits & I think I got it from CCP (?) or Brothers.
It works well with a 10# pressure valve in the front brake line.
My only concern is that the master cylinder winds up back under the seat & I had to cut a hole in the floor to fill the m/c.
The other problem is that I can't get the speedo cable to clear the booster & hook up.

Lock....Here's the Master Power Brakes set up I used.
As you can see it utilises the original chassis mount.
I know it's an Auto trans, but it lets you see the sort of room you have to play with.
This is almost identical to the Pirate Jack unit.
