my buddy is planning on rebuilding an engine out of a 48-52 panel van but doesn't know the Displacement of the engine...my teacher says it's a 235 but i figured it would be a 216 because thats what my 52 1/2 ton was...which engine would be in the van?

Hy lorne, could you get us some casting numbers or serial numbers. If it's still the original engine it should be a 216.
