I have ordered the shop manuals for my 65 chevy truck. In the meantime, I am having trouble with my parking brake and can't pass state inspection. I can not seem to find a diagram of the hardware and how cables are supposed to be routed and setup. If anyone can help, it would be greatly appreciated. The LMC diagram in its parts catalog online shows 1966, and it is different from 60-65. The 64 and 65 are the same, I think.

Donny, I noticed you metioned you ordered shop manuals for your 65... and not sure what one you have but I purchased the "1960 - 1966 Chevy/GMC Factory Assembly Instruction Manual" about a year ago from Golden State Pickup Parts ($20 on the internet and well worth the $$$) and they have very detailed diagrams in some case even pics to help you along... if this isnt one of the manuals you ordered maybe I could scan the pages on parking brakes and email them to you. ??? just an idea... let me know.

Boogity, Boogity, Boogity Let's go racin boys.
