For the front, I've heard that the torsion bars are adjustable...but lube up the adjusting nuts and threads really good before attempting to loosen them. I hear that those parts are next to impossible to find if you break them. Also, there's drop spindles available for this truck. It does require you to convert to front discs, which also means a new master cylinder with booster is needed, and if your truck is a manual with hydraulic clutch, the aftermarket master is pretty pricey. This is what I'd like to do with mine, but the cost of it is stopping me from going ahead with it at this moment. As for the rear, it's like any other truck with coil springs. Drop coils and shorter shocks should do the trick.
