The guy who rebuilt the original radio indicated that many of the after market stuff is in the 4 ohm range and will simply fry? 4 ohm was what I found elsewhere. Anyway, I'll check W-Mart as well.

I recently bought up a bunch of 6x8 speakers that were surplus aftermarket Ford replacements. They were still new in the plastic containers. You might be able to find your size in a replacement speaker for one of the more modern cars. | | |
