I believe it will the cabs and beds are the same just the doors and windshields are different. I'm building a 64 long bed that i've had for 20 yrs or more and just bought a 66 to get the bed and frame. I took the running gear from a 85 c-30 and put under the 66 frame. anyways i'm pretty sure their the same

I miss read your question sorry, I didn't see panel, I'm not sure about that sorry. Look at both frames and do a little measuring. Also measure the wheel base, make sure you look good at where the arch starts on the long bed and see if it is the same on the panel. If you have to move the rear axle, that's not really a big job. Best of luck with it,that will make a nice truck, I have always liked the panels too.

what I did miss(but due to your lack of model ident) is that what you are calling a long bed panel is a C30 133" w/base and a long bed 4 x 4 would be a k20 127"wb; therefore different frame lengths

yes they are the same just different bodys but all these were built in an assembly line fashion and they did not have seperate lines for every make/model just different bodies/parts for those lines depending upon the "run " of the particular vehicle.....

apart from frame length, you'll find that the pickup frame doesn't have the riveted on body mounting brackets for the panel body, need to get them from the panel frame

As cool as a 4x4 panel would be...i think i'll just look for a good long bed pick up body to put on this frame. I dont feel like modifying that much to get this done. Thanks for the info guys!

4 x4 panels were pretty scarce. I have one 115"W/base. they were the only panel produced as a 4 x 4. they didn't make a panel at all at 127" w/b(3/4t}. they did make a panel at 133"w/b(1t) but only as a 2 wheel dr
